My Pham Thi and Michael Charruault from mm++ architects intended with this renovation project to transform the existing on-site residential structure with art Decó feel to a contemporary villa with clean lines and open spaces, while maintaining its basic structure made of concrete. Through wide Windows and sliding elements should also be provided for a natural cross ventilation.
